My aunt was a ice skating instructor through the 70s - 90s and lucky for me she gave me a lot of the old leotards from past shows.She knew they'd be put to good use! The body of this leotard is black spandex and I cut it up and made it into a crop top. The yellow fringe is all hand sewn. The inspiration for this is Ozzy on the Vol. 4 cover.
